November is Difficult

Tuesday will be the one year anniversary of my Grandfather passing. With that said, I have been thinking a lot about the past year of my life. What I have learned. What I have accomplished. How I have grown. There will be a post to reflect all of these thoughts upcoming, but for today, I will just talk about recent things.

After working very hard in Physical Chemistry since September I have had some recent payoffs. I received the second highest mark on my first turn in assignment. Which in itself was a major achievement. Then, two weeks later, after completing a midterm (which took 17 pages of work) I earned the highest grade in the class! Considering the difficulty of this class. That is a very large achievement.

Beyond school, I have been reaching out to an old friend lately. Discussing things of spiritual nature - life nature - wonderful beautiful things. Thank you Keri.

I spent most of the day yesterday with my Mother and Step Father's family. I took my sister Amy to a high school volleyball game at Pacific University. Her team took 5th place in the state tournament. I haven't cheered for at a high school game in a long time and I forget how much fun it is.

Today football is consuming my day. Fantasy football makes for lots of enthusiasm on Sundays. Coupon clipping will happen later, and then studying.
