School started on September 24th. My current class load is actually very manageable. I have classes Monday, Wednesday and Friday in the afternoons. Which means work in the morning and Tuesdays and Thursdays to study, work more hours, and accomplish life things.
I love my Physical Chemistry instructor. He is a tall dark African man with a thick accent. He is very funny - and easy to pay attention to. Although I know P. Chem. is a notoriously difficult class I feel like he wants us to succeed and has thus far given us all of the tools we need to do so.
My Computational Chemistry class seems like it might be a nightmare. Essentially it is a mathematical modeling class for Chemists. The instructor is one that for sure has an agenda that he would like to push on you, and to top it off he just kind of a general ass hole. Hopefully once I start diving into the material, it will make things a little easier to swallow.
I enrolled Grace in obedience class this term at Suzy's Country Inn for Dogs and Cats. We have only had one class so far. I think she will do well once she gets adjusted to being obedient. She is kind of a pushy renegade so it may take her a few weeks to really get with the program. I think we will be enrolling Tuxedo in the same class and I will end up handing him. Then April will handle Grace. Hopefully they both pass with flying colors. I would like to be able to get both of the certified through the AKC program Canine Good Citizen so that they can be my little Pit Bull peace ambassadors.
My Uncle Mike gave us a big scare recently spending 13 days in the hospital with VERY bad pneumonia. He spent most of his days there in the ICU with intubation. He survived and after losing 120 pounds during his stay he feel and looks better than ever. I hope he continues on the right path, because he truly has a lot to bring to the CSM business table when he has the right mind set.
Well as we steam forward ahead through fall and the holidays, I hope everyone moves closer to finding the things that are really important to them.
